Questions about money
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Your first creation is free, no credit card and no meter running. After that, the Discovery plan stays free with a daily credit limit: plenty to keep refining at your own pace.
What exactly do credits pay for?
The creative work: every build or change made by the model team. The cost is shown BEFORE each action, your balance goes down by exactly what was shown, and if the action fails, you get it all back: the database guarantees it, not a promise. Click-to-edit and undo are free.
If my credits run out, is my site cut off?
No, never. Credits pay for building; your subscription pays for hosting. If you run out of credits, the team can't work for you again until next month, but your site stays online, your preview stays available, and your visitors won't notice a thing. The only thing that pauses a site is an unpaid bill, and never without warning you several times first.
Do the domain and the code belong to me?
Completely. Exporting requires an active subscription, and it gives you everything: one click packs your site into an archive or a complete Git repository, with no watermark and no reliance on our servers, so it runs with any host. Your domain stays yours no matter what: you can disconnect it whenever you like, with no notice, even if we're the ones who bought it. What should keep you with us is the service, not being locked in.
Do I need to know how to code?
No, and that's the whole point. You describe what you want in plain English, you approve a plan, and you make changes by talking or by clicking on the text. The code is there, clean and exportable, but you never have to read it.
Who actually builds my site?
A team of four AI roles that hand your request along: an Architect who plans, a Coder who writes, a Reviewer who turns down anything that breaks or goes beyond what you asked, and a Fixer who corrects until everything compiles, with a limited number of attempts and an automatic refund if it can't get there.
And publishing, the shop?
Your site goes online in one click, at an address of your own, and you can connect your own domain. Selling online does not exist yet: we do not sell what is not built, which is why no button offers it. Your products are already detected and shown on your site.
